Hbillns 303 Freight Wagon (Weathering)

This took me ages to make but here it is in its full glory. The Hbillns 303 wagon is a small boxcar wagon which is used by Deutsche Bahn. In this mod 2 liveries are represented, DB brown and DB red.
Big thanks to @RyanG for helping me through making this wagon. Unfortunately, due to my lack of skill (skill issue on my end) this mod has one dependancy, that being S-Bahn Vorarlberg. I am very sorry.
