German Platform Departure Boards Enhancements

Description
This mod changes some of the texts on the German Platform Departure Boards to align them more with reality.
- The old delay text in three different languages gets replaced with a German only one and some spaces around it.
- All other routes: "- Verspätung ca. x Min. -"
- Hamburg - Lübeck: "- ca. x Minuten später -"
- "Bitte nicht Einsteigen." => "Bitte nicht einsteigen"
The mod also adds an airplane symbol to the font (currently only available for Köln - Aachen and Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr) so airport destinations can be properly displayed (needs specific mods to add / change these destinations).

- Hamburg - Lübeck (special delay text, see above)
- München - Augsburg
- Köln - Aachen (includes added airport symbol)
- Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr (includes added airport symbol)
- Rhein-Ruhr Osten
- Main-Spessart-Bahn
- Rapid Transit

- added ZIP file with all old single paks per route for TSW 2 and 3 compatibility
