Linke Rheinstrecke Timetable: BR 101 Substitution

Description
In the late 90s the first locos of the BR 101 started appearing on long distance services in Germany. With this mod, the IC, EC and IR services in the Linke Rheinstrecke: Mainz - Koblenz timetable can be driven with the BR 101 where it substitutes the BR 103.
The substitution probability is set to 0.05 so roughly 5 % of the AI trains should be driven by the BR 101.

The TSW 4 version of the mod uses the "AssetRegistry workaround", a method actively discouraged by DTG. Nevertheless, it currently represents the sole viable approach to ensure the mod functions properly.
