SKA ExP Timetable Improvements: PIS Data, BR 422 on S6

Description
First of all this mod contains reworked PIS data for most of the services in the Expansion Pack timetable for Schnellfahrstrecke Köln - Aachen. Even after the route got it's platform departure boards officially, off map destinations for RE 1 and S19 services don't work and the ICs miss all of their off world intermediate stops. With this mod you can explore all the different services to destinations all over Germany. The data for the regional and S-Bahn services also isn't just copy/paste anymore, there are some unique service patterns and final destinations included too. Can you spot them all?
The S-Bahn services also get much more deserved love with this mod. The S6 services formerly ran with the BR 423 now run with the realistic BR 422 (borrowed from HRR). This mod also introduces different final destinations for the S12 and S19 services, in the vanilla version they all go to Au (Sieg) while in reality a majority of the services don't go there. The mod will also enable line numbers for all BR 423 services terminating outside the map.
The RE 8 and RB 27 services that got added in the Expansion Pack timetable use the BR 425 which doesn't have the new destination system yet, this mod manually adds the destinations to all the services so they don't show "Nicht einsteigen" anymore.
Last but not least this mod fixes substitution for the BR 155 and BR 182 on non double header services.

Known Issues
- When the vanilla timetable gets an update, this mod likely won't work anymore and has to be remade.
Other than that: Timetable edits are always highly vulnerable for issues. Keep an eye on anything unusual and report the issues to me please.

- enabled off map destinations for RE 1 and S19 services
- added line numbers to all BR 423 services that don't terminate on the map
- this will also work on AI trains

- changed RE 9 eastbound destinations from Köln to Siegen and added destinations for RE 9 portal services

Disclaimer
The TSW 4 versions of the mod use the "AssetRegistry workaround", a method actively discouraged by DTG. Nevertheless, it currently represents the sole viable approach to ensure the mod functions properly. Please be aware that the mod may cease to function if DTG makes alterations to the add-ons manager or modding procedures. Additionally, there could be unforeseen side effects that escaped notice during testing.
