BR 422 (HRR) Destination Enhancements

Description
With this mod, most of the BR 422 train destinations from HRR are revised. Many destinations now have a "Hbf" at the back like in reality (e.g. Dortmund Hbf), destinations like "Hattingen(R) Mitte" are adapted to the actual representation and I added some more destinations for the S1 and S3 that can best be used in the scenario designer. Also, "Nicht Einsteigen" is replaced by "DB Regio NRW", so that it is no longer displayed everywhere when destinations are missing. "Nicht einsteigen" is of course still included (with the revised spelling) in the list, but now in a different place.
A special challenge was that the AI also displays the correct revised destinations (S1 Solingen Hbf, S3 Oberhausen Hbf etc). But fortunately I was able to implement that.
For "S3 Mülheim(Ruhr)Styrum" and the S10 destinations to be correctly displayed, my mod Matrix Destination Displays Characters Expanded (DB BR 422, 423, 425) is needed, make sure you have at least v1.3 installed.

Completely remade the destination list with a new method that allows an unlimited number of destinations to be added in the desired order (only working line numbers are still limited).
Make sure to install v1.3 of Matrix Destination Displays Characters Expanded (DB BR 422, 423, 425) so the S10 destinations get displayed correctly.
Disclaimer
The TSW 4 version of the mod use the "AssetRegistry workaround", a method actively discouraged by DTG. Nevertheless, it currently represents the sole viable approach to ensure the mod functions properly. Please be aware that the mod may cease to function if DTG makes alterations to the add-ons manager or modding procedures. Additionally, there could be unforeseen side effects that escaped notice during testing.
