Rhein-Ruhr Osten PIS Extension and Fixes

This mod contains various fixes and improvements for Rhein-Ruhr Ostens Station Directory. This results in intermediate stops being visible on the station PIS as well as the completely missing "Wuppertal-Oberbarmen" to show up on the displays. In addition to that, the mod also includes some new off map destinations (with and without line numbers).

Added Destinations:

• Aachen Hbf, Düsseldorf Hbf, Krefeld Hbf, Köln Hbf, Bonn Hbf, Bonn-Mehlem, Essen Hbf, Haltern am See, Mönchengladbach Hbf, Dortmund Hbf, Rheine
• RE4: Aachen Hbf, Dortmund Hbf
• RE7: Krefeld Hbf, Rheine
• RB48: Bonn-Mehlem, Bonn Hbf, Köln Hbf, W-Oberbarmen, Wuppertal-Oberbarmen
