Morristown ALP-46 Horn Sub

Description
Replaces the Morristown ALP-46's horn with the ALP45DP's horn. I tuned the audio a little to improve reverb.
Future plans are to change the morristown multilevel's horn and bell as well. For now this is what I have.

Please note this does not change the sounds for the New York Trenton ALP-46.
