LIRR Budd M3 Sound Mod

Sound mod for the LIRR's Budd M3. Almost all of the default sounds are ANCIENT. It is long due for an update, but I believe this will do in the meantime.
Future plans are to port to the Harlem line. Perhaps when New York - Stamford comes out, if they include M3 services.

Pack includes two options, a Restricted or Unrestricted RS2M horn.

This mod changes the following,

• New external and internal horn audio.
• (forgot to mention this) Changes 1 of the 2 Airbrake release sounds to add a little more realism and variance.
• All new flange sounds.
• Reworked and modernized running sounds fit for the M3's classic budd trucks
• New passenger door, bell (chime), and gangway door sounds, courtesy of iceneo.
• Improved junction sounds
• Improved traction motor mixing
• All ATC/ACSES sounds are now bells, as per reality.
