Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr PIS Extension and Fixes

This mod contains various fixes and improvements for Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr Station Directory. There are new short display names for many of the already included stations, this results in more via stops fitting on the platform departure boards. Additionally this mod includes several new destinations, many of them are used in my HRR Timetable Improvements. The mod also uses the airplane symbol of my German Platform Departure Boards Enhancements which makes the HRR version of the enhancements a requirement.
