Linke Rheinstrecke Timetable: IR & SBB EC Coaches + Virtual Destinations

Description
With this mod, the InterRegio (IR) formations in the Linke Rheinstrecke: Mainz - Koblenz timetable now use the InterRegio repaint (made by Hannah) for the coaches. One of the EC formations now uses the SBB EC repaint for most of the coaches (also made by Hannah).
All IC, ICE, IR and EC services also got some service data added so the service signs now show the correct start, destination and intermediate stops and not just the ones on the map.
The TSW 4 version of the mod also enables the BR 101 to substitute into the changed IR and EC formations. For all normal IC and EC formations refer to this mod: Linke Rheinstrecke Timetable: BR 101 Substitution
